How to cancel a future subscription
Subscriptions will be cancellable through the purchase platform. If purchased through Apple's App Store, use your device's Apple subscription settings. If purchased through Google Play, use Google Play's subscriptions settings. For a subscription purchased directly from Tech Co, cancellation instructions will be available in your account or by contacting customer support.
Renewal and access
Future subscriptions may renew automatically at the billing frequency agreed at checkout. To avoid a further renewal charge, cancel before your next renewal date. Unless a different arrangement is clearly stated at purchase, access to paid features would continue until the end of the already-paid billing period. Deleting the app alone does not cancel an active subscription.
Refunds and cooling-off
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically mean that past payments are refundable. Refund eligibility depends on the law, purchase terms and payment platform. See Refunds & disputes for statutory rights and the request process.
